The full terms

By accessing or using URLClipper, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please don't use the service.

These terms apply to the website, the URL-shortening functionality, account features, and related services.

URLClipper provides a URL-shortening service that allows users to create shortened links from longer URLs.

Registered users may also manage their shortened URLs, view click counts, add optional titles, and delete URLs associated with their accounts.

Certain features require an account. When creating one, you agree to provide accurate information.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity performed through your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

You agree to use URLClipper only for lawful purposes, in a way that doesn't interfere with the service or harm other users. Prohibited uses include:

  • Phishing, credential theft, or impersonation
  • Malware, viruses, or other malicious software
  • Fraud, scams, or deceptive activity
  • Attempts to compromise or abuse our infrastructure
  • Anything that violates applicable law

You're responsible for the URLs you submit and for ensuring your use of them complies with applicable law and third-party rights. URLClipper does not claim ownership of the websites or content located at URLs users submit.

You can delete shortened URLs associated with your account through the dashboard. We may also remove or disable links when reasonably necessary to protect the service, its users, or to comply with legal obligations.

We aim to keep URLClipper available and functional, but don't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available. The service may occasionally be down for maintenance, technical issues, or reasons outside our control.

Shortened URLs may redirect to websites operated by third parties. We don't control those websites and aren't responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Review a site's own policies before interacting with it.

The URLClipper service — its software, design, branding, and original content — is owned by or licensed to URLClipper unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of it without authorization.

URLClipper is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the service will meet every requirement or that shortened links will stay available indefinitely.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, URLClipper and its operators aren't responsible for losses or damages arising from your use of the service, your inability to access it, or your interaction with third-party websites reached through shortened URLs.

We may suspend or terminate access to URLClipper when reasonably necessary — including when a user violates these terms, abuses the service, or uses it for unlawful or harmful activity.

We may update these Terms & Conditions as URLClipper develops or as our practices change. When changes are made, we'll update the "Last updated" date shown on this page.

These Terms will be interpreted and applied in accordance with applicable law. Legal requirements relating to the service are subject to the jurisdiction applicable to URLClipper's operation.
